The hotel was in a chill spot, perfect for an overnight stop. Loved how comfy the bed was and the room was super clean. The small restaurant had tasty food for dinner and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay, simple but decent. It's cool that they are dog friendly!

The warmth of welcome by Xavier! A charming man who could not have been more helpful or efficient, and who spoke perfect English. His knowledge of the surrounding area was evident and most useful. The Hotel's modern design and grand central entrance lobby was very impressive. The room was of a good size and comfortable with excellent en-suite bathroom facilities. The on-site car parking was well situated adjacent to the entrance. Both the interior and exterior appearance of the Hotel and grounds showed a real sense of pride in being maintained to a high standard. The Hotel was well placed to suit as a convenient break on our journey through the Pyrenees.
The breakfast was not particularly inspiring and the lack of restaurant facilities within such a nice Hotel was disappointing. The Hotel however were extremely helpful in making detailed arrangements for us to have an evening meal at the adjoining privately-owned Restaurant. This involved carefully negotiating Gluten-Free dietary requirements. Unfortunately we had to wait until 9pm for the Restaurant to open, only to find the waitress completely failing to understand our requirements ... and she made no attempt to summon help or offer any assistance whatsoever, despite our direct referral from the Hotel and our dietary requests being written down in Spanish. We had no alternative other than to leave without being served ... and went hungry as it was far too late to make alternative arrangements (and could find nothing in the town of Marcilla). A very disappointing end to what would have been a really first- class stay.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this hotel over the last 6 months. It is clean, comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very conveniently located just off the main road and so a good overnigth stop. Both evening meal and breakfast were very good.
The only real fault was because of the proximity to the main road there was some traffic noise both early morning and late evening. Also because the weather was quite warm for the time of year the air conditioning was not working and so we had to keep the window open.

Apart from it being a lovely hotel what made our stay outstanding was the front desk clerk Xavier. His english was superb and explained with great detail our menu as we speak French and not Spanish. Also Javier the chef who cooked and served exquisit food, our stay for one evening was fantastic.

The artisan bread served with dinner was a delight-such a treat! The double room wassuper clean and cozy. Free parking. Don't miss checking out Bardenas Reales National Park nearby!
Self-check-in felt a bit impersonal, and the surrounding neighborhood was a mix of industrial vibes next to a busy road. We also found little dining options nearby, as the restaurant next door was unfortunately closed on Thursdays.

The hotel was clean tidy and the hotel staff were very good although I had difficulty with the tv.
The restaurant was advertised as of Michelin class. Both my wife and I found it not so compared with other Michelin rated places we have eaten in. The service was far to rapid for the food tohave been freshly cooked. The main course was brought to the table before theempty entree dishes were removed The hot food was served on cold plates.

The hotel is clean, bright and has particularly good location akin to being sat in a cafe. The rooms are bright and fairly quiet with good beds, so that guests have essentials. They have a great selection of meals to choose from, the food is cheap. Thanks very much for a fantastic stay, strongly recommend...

The hotel is very clean and tidy and staff very helpful.
There is a dining room in the hotel and a restaurant on site, both do not open until 9pm for a evening meal. After a days travel we had 5hour wait for food ,would have been handy to know this.
